Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on orders delivered within the United States. We also ship internationally, with shipping costs based on the order’s weight, quantity, shipping method, and destination. Read our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed Monday through Friday. After leaving our fulfillment center, estimated shipping time is 3 to 5 business days for First Class Mail and 2 to 3 business days for Priority Mail. Processing time, customs, weather, holidays, and local postal schedules may affect delivery.
Do I have to pay customs fees on international orders?
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and local import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total. Check your country’s import requirements before placing an order.
What is your return window?
Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days of the order date. Items should be in sellable condition and include their original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Review our Return Policy before sending an item back.
Will I receive a full refund?
If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we will refund the order total, including the original shipping charge. For other eligible returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. See our Return Policy for the exact deductions.
Which items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept personalized, customized, or made-to-order items. Items returned after 30 days, in an unsellable condition, or with missing parts are also not eligible for return.
Are your products handmade in the Holy Land?
Many of our products are handcrafted by artisan families in Bethlehem and other Holy Land communities. Natural differences in wood grain, colour, carving, and finish are normal in handmade items. Check the individual product description for specific origin and production details.
Do your products include proof of authenticity?
Our olive wood pieces include a Certificate of Authenticity confirming their origin. Certificate information may vary by product, so check the product description before ordering.
Are your Christian products blessed?
Selected Christian products are blessed by a priest at the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem. Check the product description to confirm whether a specific item has been blessed.
How does wholesale pricing work?
Wholesale discounts are automatically applied when you add five or more units of the same item to your cart. No discount code is required. See our Wholesale Policy for complete pricing details.
What are your wholesale discount tiers?
Orders of 5–9 units receive 5% off, 10–19 units receive 10% off, 20–99 units receive 20% off, and 100 or more units receive 40% off. The required quantity must be for the same item.
Can I request a quote for a large or mixed order?
Yes. For large orders containing different products or quantities outside the standard tiers, email service@holylandmarket.com. Our sales team will review your requirements and provide a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are shown securely at checkout. The exact methods may vary depending on your location and selected currency.
Can I send an order directly to someone as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address during checkout. Check all recipient and delivery details carefully before placing the order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Use the tracking link to check the latest delivery status.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can complete your purchase as a guest. Creating an account can make it easier to view orders and save your details for future purchases.
How can I choose the right product size?
Check the measurements and specifications listed on each product page before ordering. Since many items are handmade, slight differences in size and appearance may occur.
Are product colours and designs exactly as shown?
We try to display every product accurately. However, handmade details, natural materials, lighting, and screen settings may cause slight differences in colour, grain, or design.
