Description
What You're Getting
The Jaffa Gate Jerusalem Olive Wood Icon Magnet
The image is not a sticker glued on olive wood. Instead it is color imprinted and engraved, and in some areas raised, directly on the Bethlehem olive wood. This combines new technology with the age-old heritage of experience in Bethlehem wood carving.
Color Imprinted and Engraved (Not a Sticker)
The distinctive feature of this magnet is that the image is genuinely part of the wood surface, imprinted and engraved directly into the olive wood. In some areas the design is raised for added texture and depth. The result is a lasting and detailed image that will not peel or fade like a sticker. For other olive wood magnets browse our olive wood magnets collection.
Bethlehem Olive Wood
Bethlehem olive wood is a local raw material from which mainly religious, historical, and artistic articles are made, using the prunes of young olive trees and the sprouts from the trunks of old trees. No other hardwood excels Bethlehem olive wood in beauty of grain and variety of coloring. For other olive wood items browse our olive wood collection.
